"Sandy Eggo" is famous for its weather and beaches, but there's much more to enjoy. Here are the Top Ten sites to prioritize when you visit!
Randy's Rambling
Ship not life-sized
In 1542, Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo became the first European to set foot on the present day West Coast. Learn more about his explorations.
Trivia: Cabrillo never knew that a college basketball tournament would be named for him. Randy's brother Rick joined him at the Cabrillo Classic when his family visited San Diego for Christmas in 1980. The San Diego State Aztec's starting point guard was future baseball Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn!
Note: My wife insists that I have failed our dear listeners by not mentioning the view from Mt. Helix. There is a spectacular view from Mt. Helix. Also, there are large shopping centers like Fashion Valley.
Ben's Banter
The Seabees were established in 1942 and have been busy ever since. Learn more from Ben.
